Well fellow savages I got one today. I think I put more
miles on it today than the annual miles per year for the first
four years of its life! Details: 1995; 1200 miles (before
today);black or a deep, deep blue with specks you can
only see in the sun (very nice);saddle bags, windshield;
sissy bar pouch; tool pouch; cover; and an extra exhaust;
price was 1900.00 New Mexico dollars. This bike looks like
it came out of a showroom. My first thoughts are no one
keeps a motorcycle this clean! How am I to live up to this?
Of course, if it means only driving it 300 miles a year,

My first official (as an owner) question is: I have an extra
"Cobra" exhaust. I think I have read every message that
exists on this "board" and have not seen anything about
this exhaust system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
IS this worth putting on or do I go directly to the Supertrapp?
Tomorrow, I will get out in the garage and attempt the
carb mod (removing the white plastic spacer). I have a
good deal of popping and some backfires that I must be
free from soon.
I suspect the gas is weak. I honestly couldn't find anything
that I would complain to a dealer about if I had bought
it off the showroom - how is this possible! Very Cool!
